Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Billing provider

Current eligible purchases are processed using Stripe Managed Payments and are identified at checkout as “Sold through Link.” For those purchases, Link acts as merchant of record and handles payments, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, subscription billing, and approved refunds. A legacy or fallback purchase may instead be serviced by another provider identified at checkout or on the receipt, including Paddle. The final amount and renewal terms are shown before payment.

2. Cancel anytime

You may cancel Unlimited at any time through the billing portal available from your PeakRound AI account. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless law or an approved refund requires otherwise, Unlimited access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. One-time credit purchases do not renew and therefore do not need cancellation.

3. General refund rule

Current-period Unlimited charges and one-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable and are not prorated. Not using the Service, using only part of purchased or included time, or forgetting to cancel before renewal does not automatically qualify a charge for a refund.

4. Exceptions

We, Stripe, or Link may approve a full or partial refund where required by applicable consumer law; for a duplicate or unauthorized charge; for a material, prolonged failure of the paid Service; or where a payment network, bank, or other payment provider requires a refund or reversal. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. How to request billing help

For a Sold through Link purchase, use the support link in your receipt or visit Sold through Link Support. For another provider, use the support details on that provider's receipt or portal. You may also contact [email protected]. Include the purchase email, transaction or invoice reference, charge date, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, government identification, or authentication codes.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. The applicable payment provider may request information needed to review the transaction and will return approved funds to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Effect on access

An approved full refund, chargeback, or payment reversal may immediately end the related Unlimited subscription or revoke the credit grant funded by that purchase. If some refunded credit was already used, the account balance may fall to zero and later credit purchases may first offset the resulting usage balance. The effect of a partial refund will be determined based on the approved adjustment and applicable law rather than automatically changing shared credit.
